A two-level apartment sits at roof level within a recycled industrial building in Sydney, Australia. The dramatic kitchen forms the hub of the house and celebrates the clients highly respected position in the hospitality industry. Spaces adjacent to the kitchen are linked by double-height velvet curtains, one side pumpkin, and the other side sage green. The curtains are an architectural feature providing privacy and layering in the manner of a theatre set. A long fixed dining table in the same travertine as the floor seats up to 24 people while anchoring the kitchen. The main cooking  is finished in arabescato marble as is the wall behind it.  The opposing wall features full-height sliding mirror doors concealing various states of storage comprising drawers/shelves.
In Watermill, New York, exterior walls and windows are painted dark to allow attention to focus on the views.<br />
which are valued as much as the warm materials inside this open kitchen where walnut is paired with white statuary marble.<br />
Aquilla pendant lighting with an alabaster shade is placed over the marble kitchen island. The ceiling-high wooden cupboards make the space feel grand .

In an upstate New York country house from the 1800s, this unusual bathroom was formerly a dirt -floored shed. It was converted to a guest bathroom, complete with a claw foot tub, stone floor,  and carved wooden deer heads and a French-inspired chandelier was custom designed for the space.
The stainless steel and marble construction of this bathroom is made infinite by the space expanding mirrors placed on opposite walls.
The ensuite bathroom features a marble surround for the bathtub, light green mosaic tiles on the walls and limestone tiles on the floor.<br />
