English style architecture has always dominated the DC architectural scene. However, there will always be those who feel the call of a grand Parisian house or chateau.

The best French style architects have generally trained in France and have a passion for its refinement. One of my favorite places is by an architect whose “spiritual home” was the Place des Voges; he recreated the palatial grandeur of its glorious high ceilings, wood paneling and inlaid floors that are justly world-famous.
